It takes us 24 hours to schedule a walk through. After the walk through is completed it takes up to 3 days to receive a written estimate.

How long does it take to get a general contracting estimate?

We schedule the majority of our estimates for the upcoming week and then takes another week to get the prices to the homeowner, so 2-2 1/2 weeks as a whole.

Do you offer financing?

Yes, we offer two different options, we can discuss which option works best for you.

Do you use roofing sub-contractors?

We do, though most of them have been working alongside our crews for years.

Does every roofing or renovation job require a permit in Brevard County?

60 to 90 days, though every job varies. We will give you an estimate of the timeline in the initial consultation and do our best to stay on that timeline.

Production takes between one to three weeks.

We are booked out around 90 days generally but please contact us to find out.

How do we handle overruns?

With any remodeling project, you can’t see everything until exposed. We communicate everything we see and involve you in the process and solution. Any changes are discussed prior and agreed upon by you prior to us taking any action.
